RMF offers a balanced benefits package that centers on a stable and professional working environment which includes above standard health and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401K plan.Responsibilities:Assist Division Managers in effective recruiting, resume screening, interviewing and selecting talent who have demonstrated the required knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the organizationManage full cycle recruiting efforts for the organizationAdvertising job openings using various job boards, social media and specialized networksCoordinate and attend career fairs and open houses throughout various regionsDevelop and track performance benchmarks for recruitingArranges management pre-interviews and formal interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging and meals; escorting applicants to interviews as applicableUtilize applicant tracking system for recruitment reportingSupport assignments and/or projects with Human ResourcesNegotiate and manage external recruitment service contractsServe as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive candidate experienceBuild and maintain pipeline of qualified candidatesProvide insights on market conditions and compensation expectationsAlign recruiting initiatives with organizational goals and strategic plansDevelop and present recruiting plans for hiring managersAttending conferences and staying current with industry trends and best practices
