Contract RecruiterThe Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for contract positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, customer service, and have a strong understanding of the contract staffing industry.Responsibilities:Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networkingScreening candidates for job fit and qualificationsInterviewing candidates and presenting them to clientsNegotiating contracts with candidates and clientsManaging the onboarding process for new hiresProviding ongoing support to clients and candidatesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field3-10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the contract staffing industryStrong understanding of the contract staffing industry and the different types of contracts availableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteTo apply for this position, please send your resume and cover letter
