A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
* Support full-cycle recruitment processes for early-career and professional-level roles, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
* Assist with sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
* Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communications between candidates and hiring teams.
* Manage and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in recruitment marketing initiatives and career events.
* Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and consistently throughout the hiring process.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
* Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (such as Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Avature, Workday, or iCIMS).
* Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Experience working with Early Talent hiring.
* Experience in technical recruiting.
