Air Operations RecruiterThis job is a member of the Air Operations Recruitment team. The Air Operations Recruiter position performs a variety of duties to aid in the hiring for all workgroups within the Air Operations Department. This includes but not limited to, Pilots, Cadets, Flight Attendants and Aircraft Mechanics.Specifically, you'll perform the following duties:Build relationships and partnerships with leaders at colleges, academies, and other aviation industry entities to network and support our recruitment programsCommunicate projected recruiting event schedules to internal and external teamsWork closely with the in-office recruitment team members to develop, implement and market the strategy for external recruitment events and programsRespond to phone and email inquiries regarding all programsReview and select applicationsConduct onsite and offsite HR interviews for candidatesMentor associate recruitersCoordinate events for the team and work closely with the coordinators to ensure workgroups are appropriately staffed at eventsAssists in recruitment administration as neededTravel: 50-75%RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience• Aviation recruiting experience• Proven event planning skills• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language• Possess the legal right to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationDegree in Marketing & CommunicationsAirline Recruitment Experience
