Assists in providing a continuum of Assessment Planning Implementation and Evaluation of outcome-based Leisure Activities designed to meet the physical cultural spiritual social cognitive/intellectual emotional and creative needs and interests of assigned residents.

Entry level knowledge basic employment skills High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate. 1-3 years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite Basic computer skills Computer: ADL/MDS general applications Convection Oven Laminator DLP Projector Video Projection systems. American Heart Association CPR Certification First Aid. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates the ability to negotiate on the company's behalf.
