Recovery Team Lead

Managing a remote team, the full-time Recovery Team Lead will oversee claims audit data analysis, prioritize daily work assignments, and drive process improvements to enhance customer service. Key responsibilities Manage team performance by setting standards, measuring results, and providing feedback to maintain positive morale Analyze Revenue Cycle transactions and produce evaluative reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy Handle escalated client requests and assist with problem-solving related to customer complaints and inquiries Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in a medical or insurance field involving bill review processing of claims 3+ years of supervisory or project management experience preferred High School Diploma or higher preferred Demonstrated knowledge of CMS guidelines and ICD-10 coding guidelines Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and claims reimbursement methodologies
