Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a compassionate Recovery Support professional to empower individuals impacted by mental health and substance use challenges. In this role, you will provide person-centered recovery coaching, help clients develop and follow individualized wellness plans, and connect them with behavioral health, housing, and community resources. You will monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
