Lutheran Social Services seeks Recovery Support Staff to provide hands-on support to adults engaged in behavioral health and housing services. In this role, you will coach clients in daily living skills, recovery planning, and community integration while monitoring safety and documenting services. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized goals, facilitate groups and activities, and respond to crises using trauma-informed approaches.
