Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks Recovery Support Staff to provide hands-on, recovery-focused support to individuals in behavioral health and housing programs. In this mission-driven, trauma-informed role, you’ll assist with daily living skills, goal setting, and coping strategies, monitor and document client progress, and help facilitate groups and skill-building activities. Working closely with clinical and case management teams, you’ll support crisis prevention, promote safety and dignity, and connect clients to community resources while contributing to a collaborative, values-based care environment.
