Lutheran Social Services seeks a Recovery Support Professional to provide person-centered, recovery-focused support to adults in our behavioral health and housing programs. In this role, you will offer coaching, mentoring, and skill-building to help clients manage symptoms, build daily living skills, and connect to community resources. You will collaborate closely with clinicians and case managers, support group facilitation, and complete timely documentation.
