Recovery Supervisor

To oversee the workflow and activities related to complex claims resolution and revenue cycle management, the full-time Recovery Supervisor will manage a remote team, ensuring performance standards are met while investigating escalated issues and monitoring business processes. Key responsibilities Supervise daily tasks and manage workflow of the recovery and revenue cycle management team Investigate and respond to escalated or complex issues while assisting the team with customer inquiries Monitor and analyze reports related to aging activity, accounts receivable, and cash to revenue Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of medical billing, recovery, or revenue cycle management experience Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams
