Full-time, on-site role overseeing daily operations of a sober living home. The House Manager maintains safety, structure, and accountability while supporting residents in early recovery.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily house operations and enforce program rules
- Support residents, staff, and house leaders
- Handle resident intakes, discharges, and move-outs
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal
- Facilitate resident meetings and check-ins
- Coordinate with vendors and leadership
- Document resident activity using EHR software
- Respond to urgent issues during on-call hours
- Experience in alcohol and drug counseling
- Background in sober living or behavioral health preferred
- Strong leadership, boundary-setting, and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain SUDCC or CADC certification
- Availability for some on-call/weekend coverage
- $25-$30 per hour
