Recovery Coordinator
The Recovery Coordinator leads the institution's trauma-informed recovery efforts following a campus critical incident. This role ensures a sustained, compassionate, and structured response supporting students, faculty, and staff across multiple phases of recovery—from summer stabilization through the one-year anniversary. The Coordinator collaborates across divisions to implement mental health supports, training, communication strategies, and community rebuilding initiatives aligned with best practices in trauma-informed care and culturally responsive service delivery. This position may require occasional evening and weekend programming.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Comprehensive demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Considerable oral and written communication skills
- Considerable collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- High-contact role requiring discretion, emotional awareness, and ability to work in a high-intensity environment
