Analyzing the performance of the recovery system for Lending, the full-time remote Recovery Analyst will detect risk, engage with merchants, structure payment plans, and measure performance across the recovery funnel. Key responsibilities Analyze the end-to-end recovery process design, from outreach to payment/settlement completion Lead requirements gathering across multiple teams and ensure comprehensive data capture of critical program elements Design and implement business rules for ticket creation, prioritization, and merchant segmentation Required qualifications Experience in lending, credit, fintech, or financial services Expertise in process mapping and maintaining detailed workflows and system diagrams Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databases and large datasets Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools to create dashboards for senior stakeholders Demonstrated experience in designing and tracking KPIs for operational or risk processes
