Identifying and investigating claims overpayments, the full-time Recovery Analyst will support the Claims Recovery function while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities: Research and investigate potential claims overpayments based on reports from internal and external sources Ensure compliance with benefit plans and provider contracts related to claims payment accuracy Summarize research findings to facilitate the collection of overpayments from providers Required qualifications: Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience Minimum one year of claims processing experience or a solid understanding of claims processing Experience in a high production, high volume environment
