Here's what it takes to succeed with us.Required:Strong 10-key data entry skills (critical for success in this role)Experience in data entry, document processing, administrative support, or similarProficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred and highly beneficial)Strong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working in a repetitive, production-based environmentAbility to meet productivity and quality expectationsReliable attendance and strong work ethicKey Responsibilities:Prepare documents for scanning (sorting, organizing, removing staples, batching)Operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitize recordsPerform high-volume data entry (10-key required) with strong accuracyUpload and index scanned documents into internal systems (Kofax system used; no prior experience required)Conduct quality checks to ensure clarity, completeness, and proper filingAssist with document prep during slower production periods (batching, separators, boxing files)Handle incoming/outgoing mail related to document processingMaintain organization of both physical and digital recordsFollow confidentiality and records management proceduresWhy This Role?
