Records and Property Management SpecialistThis position is in support of a proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award. While this is not an immediate opening, we are proactively identifying qualified candidates for anticipated roles expected to begin around August. Candidates selected for this effort will be contacted as the program moves forward.This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

We support some of the nation's most sensitive efforts, and our team plays a direct role in protecting what matters most.We are seeking a Records and Property Management Specialist to join our team and support mission-critical programs through strong security practices, collaboration, and attention to detail.This role is responsible for managing records, documentation, and property accountability processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting audits, and ensuring proper lifecycle management of records and government property.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain records and documentation in accordance with established policies, procedures, and audit requirementsSupport the development, maintenance, and execution of records management processes, including records control schedules and file structuresOrganize, maintain, and retrieve documentation to support operational and compliance needsMaintain configuration and version control of records, file indexes, and closeout documentationAssist with migration and restructuring of records into updated file systems and repositoriesProvide guidance to staff on records management practices, retention requirements, and compliance standardsTrack and document standard operating procedures related to records and property managementConduct routine audits to ensure compliance with records management policies and file structuresManage records lifecycle activities, including storage, archiving, and final dispositionTrack and support records-related actions for personnel transitions and departuresDocument and track Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and assist with document searches as requiredMaintain and verify property management records to ensure accuracy and regulatory complianceTrack and manage property inventory, including purchases, accountability, and system updatesSupport property disposition processes and respond to data calls related to property managementMaintain and track user access to shared systems and data repositoriesDevelop and deliver training on records and property management processes and requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in library science, Information Management, Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field OR High School Diploma with additional relevant experience5+ years of experience in records management, property tracking, compliance audits, or FOIA support OR 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeExperience managing records lifecycle processes, including organization, retention, and dispositionFamiliarity with compliance standards, audits, and documentation management practicesDesired QualificationsCertified Records Manager (CRM) or equivalent certificationExperience supporting records and property management within the Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD environmentExperience developing SOPs, conducting training, and supporting audit readiness effortsClearance RequirementActive TS/SCI with CI PolygraphAdditional InformationThis job description is not designed to cover or contain all job duties required of the employee.
