Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with complex urological conditions
- Perform advanced reconstructive surgeries, which may include urethral reconstruction, ureteral reconstruction, surgical treatments for male urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction, urinary diversion, and genital reconstruction
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of urological care
- Mentor and educate medical students, residents, and fellows
- Participate in innovative treatments and minimally invasive procedures, ensuring quality patient care
