Reconstruction Project ManagerLocation: King of Prussia, PAOur client is seeking a hands-on Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee property repair and renovation projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction services for residential and commercial properties impacted by weather, fire, or water damage. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.Core Responsibilities:Manage all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects from planning through completionCoordinate daily operations with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to ensure projects run efficiently and meet expectationsDevelop project schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgetConduct regular job site visits to verify safety compliance, workmanship quality, and adherence to plans and local building regulationsMaintain accurate project documentation including contracts, approvals, material orders, progress photos, and change ordersCommunicate effectively with property owners, internal teams, and insurance representatives throughout the project lifecycleLead daily team meetings and end-of-project reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience managing construction, remodeling, or restoration projectsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProject Management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus but not requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and WordExperience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and DASH is highly preferredWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety complianceAbility to pass background and drug screening in accordance with applicable lawsAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentWork Conditions & Physical Demands:Work may be performed in environments exposed to varying weather conditions, heat, and noiseAbility to stand or walk for extended periods and work at varying heightsPhysical requirements include climbing ladders, bending, lifting, and traveling between job sites as needed
