This role requires a strategic leader with strong operational discipline, deep restoration construction knowledge, and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. You will be accountable for performance across core and large-loss reconstruction, including operational execution, client/stakeholder outcomes, and departmental financial results.

Class A or Class B Contractors License is required.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all reconstruction projects (core and large loss)Direct daily operations and ensure effective scheduling, labor planning, and equipment managementDeliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standardsConduct site inspections and enforce compliance with IICRC, OSHA, and applicable building codesFinancial & Project ManagementOwn departmental P&L and gross margin performanceDevelop and monitor budgets, costs, and change ordersEnsure subcontractor management and labor efficiencyReview and approve scopes and estimates using Xactimate (Dash/Albi experience is a plus)Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as escalation point for clients, adjusters, insurers, consultants, and external partnersManage and coordinate with all project stakeholdersCommunicate proactively to prevent issues and resolve escalations professionallyStrengthen relationships that drive repeat and referral businessTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, lead, and develop a high-performing team (PMs, estimators, coordinators, technicians)Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviewsLead safety/process/performance meetings and reinforce accountabilityCompliance, Quality & SafetyImplement and maintain safety protocols; ensure OSHA compliance and strong field habitsMaintain 100% documentation compliance with internal and carrier requirementsEnsure all staff certifications/training are currentOversee proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and PPEProcess Improvement & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project deliveryContinuously evaluate and improve operational processes and proceduresLeverage industry standard software for resource management and project trackingQualifications:Proven experience in a senior construction management role, preferably in restorationClass A or Class B Contractors License is requiredProficiency in Xactimate and Dash/Albiware (or similar construction ops platform software system)Strong leadership, team-building, and delegation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesStrategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailOur Core Values:Results Matter – We believe in delivering on our promises and driving outcomes that make a measurable difference.Do the Right Thing – Integrity is at the core of everything we do. For this position, the base salary pay range is $90,000 to $100,000 + Bonus.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
