Reconstruction Estimator / Project ManagerCompany: SERVPRO of Pewaukee & SussexJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Pewaukee, WISchedule: Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours or emergency response as neededPosition Summary SERVPRO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reconstruction Estimator / Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage losses. This position is responsible for estimating repairs, managing project timelines, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality project completion while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, estimating experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct property inspections and develop detailed reconstruction estimatesCreate scopes of work for residential and commercial reconstruction projectsPrepare and manage estimates using Xactimate and related softwareCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and internal crewsManage reconstruction projects from start to completionMonitor budgets, schedules, and project quality standardsCommunicate regularly with customers, insurance adjusters, and office staffEnsure projects comply with local building codes and company standardsPerform jobsite inspections and quality control checksManage change orders, supplements, and project documentationResolve customer concerns professionally and efficientlyMaintain accurate records, photos, and project filesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; construction-related education preferredMinimum 3–5 years of construction estimating or project management experienceStrong understanding of residential and commercial construction practicesExperience with insurance restoration preferredProficiency in Xactimate estimating software strongly preferredValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyBasic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and mobile documentation toolsPreferred CertificationsXactimate Level 1 or Level 2 CertificationIICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT preferred)OSHA Safety CertificationGeneral construction or contractor licensing experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceBonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)Company phone and technology supportOngoing training and professional developmentCareer advancement opportunities within SERVPROPhysical RequirementsAbility to inspect active construction and mitigation job sitesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyAbility to climb ladders, walk uneven surfaces, and work in varying environmental conditionsLocal travel between project sites requiredCompensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
