As a Reconditioning Associate / Inventory Associate at CarMax, you’ll help ensure every vehicle on our lot is retail‑ready and accurately tracked. You will receive, inspect, and photograph incoming vehicles; verify VINs, features, and options; and document condition in our inventory systems. Working closely with service teams, you’ll move vehicles through the reconditioning process, stage cars for sale, and maintain clean, organized lot and shop areas.
This role requires strong attention to detail, safe operation of vehicles and lot equipment, and comfort using basic digital tools in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
