If you're passionate about recovery and want to impact others in a meaningful way - we warmly invite you to join our growing family!Now hiring a receptionist for our inpatient detox and residential facility in Norfolk, VA!Hours: 10am-6pm, Saturday and SundayWhat You'll DoPerform all standard clerical duties (emailing, filing, photocopying, faxing, transcribing etc.)Monitor phones and voicemail, and route all calls and messages appropriatelyHandle all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as all UPS and Amazon shipmentsMaintain inventory and cleanliness of reception area, and re-stock office supplies as necessaryMaintain pharmacy copay log and record all paymentsPerform administrative errands as necessary, and any other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma/ GED preferredMin. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and accountability at all timesWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where each person is valued and greatness is pursued.
