Receptionist

Job PostingResponsible for coordinating all incoming communications including operation of the multi-line telecommunications system, greeting/directing all consumers and visitors to appropriate personnel in an outpatient psychiatric clinic. Will schedule client appointments, assist with financial intakes, attain authorization for services, print/distribute routine service reports, and general clerical support services such as filing, faxing and copying. Requires handling of confidential records.

Incumbent must be highly organized with multi-tasking skills, and capable of managing requests from multiple staff in a high traffic/high noise setting. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate or GED required with processing skills for both entry and output proficiencies. Knowledge of community, community standards, client's rights and Lakes Regional Community Center policies and procedures.

Knowledge of word processing and PC usage. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, and the ability to work in a fast-paced work setting. Ability to plan, implement and prioritize assignments.

Ability to document accurately.
