ReceptionistSeeking a full-time receptionist for a corporate office to serve as the primary liaison for visitors by providing exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will manage inquiries regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers. Duties include assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities while working closely with the admin team to promote a positive work environment.Job DutiesInterface appropriately with a broad array of internal and external stakeholders, including company employees at all level as well as external vendorsGreet and assist visitors in a courteous manner and ensure they are appropriately hosted and escorted at all timesMake WiFi guest passes for guests as neededAnswer phone calls promptly and efficiently; provide information and/or direct inquiries and calls to appropriate staffCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)Manage internal lunch events, OT meals, and social/business gatheringsCoordinate all aspects of travel as neededAssist with phone coverage, vacation coverage, and critical special projects to achieve optimal department resultsOrder and stock front desk, office supplies, and mailroom suppliesKeep up with events that are taking place and put up flyers for events on the bulletin boardsUpdate/order business cards as neededMaintain presentable lobby appearanceDeliver mail to departmentsSubmit PR for birthday cards, update Birthday Board, write birthday cards for employeesSubmit New Hire paperworkSubmit requests for replacement badgesContact vendors if any of their machines need service (ex: water dispenser)Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent education, associate's degree preferredPrevious experience in the corporate administrative environment is a plusProficient in Microsoft OfficeBilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, or Vietnamese is a plusHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to prioritize work and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work independently and as a teamHave own reliable transportationThis position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.Why AOI?In addition to competitive salary, AOI offersFlexible and competitive health (medical, dental, vision) plans offer the employee with the right options to meet individual and family needsEmployer matching on 401(k) deferralsGenerous PTO policy, with unused PTO payout at end of the yearRelocation package available within US
