If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly in person and over the phone, attempting to assist or directing them to the appropriate team member.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.No evenings or weekends!QualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Property and Casualty license required but can obtain in the first 30 days.No weekends or evenings!
