If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per yearAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.Our office is located in Lexington, SC.Our office is open 9 am- 5 pm Monday through Friday (after hours by appointment).I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.I am a second generation State Farm agent.We currently have 5 team members at our agency.We Look Forward To Speaking With You!State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
