Receptionist

Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.

Job Description

• Process Medicare Enrollments through our CRM Tool Siebel.
• Responsible for greeting visitors conducting business with the company and directs them to the appropriate location following established security procedures.
• May perform clerical typing or related duties as required.
• Ability to carry out written and oral instruction and excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Basic analytical, communication and vocational skills and ability to operate basic equipment required
• Extensive Training will be provided.
• Strong typing skills

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Well organized, dependable is a must.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Hours: 40 Hours Weekly 9:00 am- 6:00 pm Monday - Friday May be asked to work OT from time to time.
• Work location will be based in Chinatown.
