The person in this role will contribute to smooth communication across the office while assisting with a variety of clerical and support activities.Responsibilities:Welcome guests and ensure they are directed promptly to the appropriate team members or departments.Manage incoming communications, including coordinating with mortgage companies and responding to routine administrative inquiries.Prepare, organize, and process office documents while maintaining accurate records and paperwork.Perform general clerical support such as typing, filing, scanning, and distributing documents as needed.Assist staff with day-to-day administrative needs and provide support on a range of office projects.Maintain orderly office files and help keep administrative processes efficient and well organized.
