Front Desk ReceptionistLocation: On-site in Riverview, FLSchedule: Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pmPay: $17.00 per hourWe are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Riverview, FL. This vital role is the first point of contact for visitors and employees alike and is responsible for managing front desk operations, mail handling, and supporting carrier invoice processing.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Administrative Duties:Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional mannerReceive and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing mailMaintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and lobby areaProvide general administrative support and assist with special projects as neededCarrier Invoice & Billing Support:Ensure carrier invoices are paid to the correct factoring companiesAnswer all carrier inquiries via phone and emailResolve carrier billing disputes promptly and professionallyMaintain positive relationships with carriers through timely and accurate communicationAccurately create and maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting practicesResearch and process claims, including communication with all involved partiesIdentify and address root causes of carrier billing errorsPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications:Exceptional attention to detail; must maintain a high level of accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsSolid mathematical skills and the ability to work with numbers accuratelyProfessional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIf you thrive in a front-facing role with a mix of administrative and accounting-related responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you!
