Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their client's team in California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff members.

Ensure all visitors and callers have a positive experience with the company.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday
