ReceptionistThe Receptionist serves as the first impression of Donor Network of Arizona, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, employees, vendors, and community members. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting office administration, coordinating visitor access, and maintaining a clean, organized, and hospitable environment.More than a receptionist, this role helps create a positive workplace culture by ensuring guests feel valued, employees receive support, and day-to-day office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, organized, proactive, and energized by helping others.This role is best suited for someone who is professional, approachable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for everyone who interacts with the organization.Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression through friendly, professional interactionsGreet guests, employees, vendors, and community members while providing exceptional customer serviceManage visitor registration, badge issuance, and sign-out proceduresAnswer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional mannerProcess and distribute incoming mail and packages throughout the organizationCoordinate outgoing mail and ensure timely delivery and processingMaintain inventory of kitchen, beverage, and office suppliesOrder supplies and organize storage areas to support daily operationsRespond to public inquiries and provide general information about the organization and donationInteract with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and office servicesReport facility-related concerns and assist with follow-up as neededSupport departments with administrative projects and special assignments as neededPerform other duties as assigned in support of organizational operationsSchedule is Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
