In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors at the Raleigh office. You will also assist and serve as a back-up for various administrative and clerical responsibilities.Key Responsibilities include:Answer telephone and direct calls to the appropriate person.Process trade contractor and vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.Process purchase order and field purchase order payments in a timely and accurate manner.Responsible for processing invoices for the Division as needed.Prepare and process check requests for application packages, including but not limited to, permit, water, sewer, and septic feeds as required by each jurisdiction.Upload and maintain pertinent permit documentation in job docs including, permits, job cards, engineering files, truss layouts, site plans, and related materials.Compire necessary documents for Builder Start Packet for transfer to construction prior to job start.Maintain trade partner insurance, documentation, and compliance records, ensuring 90% or greater compliance.Assist Purchasing and Operations with monthly and quarterly rebate tracing and submittal.Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.Knowledge and Skills:+2 years of administrative, office coordination, or accounting support experienceExceptional phone etiquette, communication and customer service skillsExperience processing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor paymentsExperience in construction, homebuilding, or permitting environment is a plusStrong technical skills, proficient in MS Office programs Word, Excel and OutlookFamiliarity with permit processing systems, document amangement tools (e.g. Job Docs), and vendor compliance trackingMust be organized and detail-minded with a high level of accuracy and accountabilityMust be able to lift 25 lbsHigh school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is nice to havePremier Benefits to Support YOU:Medical, dental and visionLife, AD&D, and critical illness insuranceWellness rewards401(k) savings planProfit SharingPaid time off increasing with tenureTuition reimbursementLong and short disability and Parental leaveEmployee discount program on the purchase of a Drees HomeEmployee Assistance Program and much more!Join a special team that works together to make Drees a successful company and a rewarding place to work.SummaryEqual Opportunity Employer / Drug-Free Work PlaceTo learn more about Drees Homes, please visit our website -
