We are currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist tojoin our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run.

Key job responsibilities include :
- Greet all visitors in pleasant, courteous, and professional manner.
- Ensure that visitors register with security and receive an EZ Lobby visitor pass. Process visitor passes in the absence of security.
- Answer console quickly and courteously. Screen and transfer telephone calls to proper personnel.
- Accept deliveries and log received packages and medication deliveries. Ensure signature by resident in logbook upon pick up.
Shift/Schedule available :
- Part-Time 8:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-8:00pm weekends and varying weekdays.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous public contact work.
