McGregor PACEMcGregor PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a community-based service program that provides in-home healthcare services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing seniors to remain at home.ReceptionistThis role is responsible for supporting administration and assisting as site receptionist.Responsibilities:Greets and directs all visitors and participants;Answers and directs agency phone calls. Uses the paging system as necessary;Maintains customer service and professionalism while working with the public;Provides general information regarding PACE and McGregor PACE;Projects a positive image of McGregor PACE and the services provided;Receives and routes mail; prepares and sends outgoing mail, including inter-office delivery and courier service;Assists in maintaining organized, accessible, and complete files, in compliance with administrative needs and organizational policies;Copies, collates, and faxes.
