You will oversee the management of the office to ensure everything is running smoothly and that office standards are being maintained.In your role:Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests & providing front desk coverageAnswering phones & transferring callsAssist with printer support, booking conference roomsRestocking supplies & pantryQualificationsQualificationsThe successful candidate will have:1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operationsGreat listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer's pain pointsBe technologically savvy!Experience with both Mac and Google workspacesStrong verbal communication and presentation skillsMeticulous attention to detail, highly organizedAbility to work in the office during standard operating hoursAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
