This role sets the tone for every visit, managing arrivals, phone and email inquiries, and day-to-day front-of-house administrative support with polish and discretion.The ideal candidate is a naturally welcoming, detail-oriented professional who thrives on making people feel immediately at ease.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Member Experience• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, confirming reservations and directing them appropriately.• Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.• Maintain accurate reservation and waitlist records across dining, events, and club amenities.• Handle member requests and questions with discretion, escalating as needed.Administrative Support• Support day-to-day front-of-house administrative tasks, including mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming reception area at all times.• Assist with membership file updates and basic data entry as assigned.• Coordinate with FOH leadership and departments to relay member needs or issues.
