Medical ReceptionistMomentum Spine and Joint is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionists work encompasses many tasks such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, performing clerical duties, managing insurance and billing and providing medical procedural support. Exhibits professionalism at all times while answering inquiries and providing information to the general public, visitors, patients, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. Supports medical staff by completing administrative requirements as assigned.Essential Functions:Demonstrates Customer Service StandardsGreet patients as they arrive at the facility and provide them with appropriate informationAssist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentationEnsure completeness and accuracy of patients forms and logs all demographics in EMR systemUpdate patients information into databaseMove patients through appointments as scheduled.
