As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call us.If you enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and believe in treating every customer like family, we'd love to meet you.SHIFT TIME: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (rotating shifts)MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2-3 SATURDAYS A MONTHResponsibilities:Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned:Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.Promote an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction.Promote an understanding of, and strong commitment to the Pine Belt Ford TeamMaintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental functions and staff sufficient to effectively assist callers and visitors.Professionally greet all visitors and callers.Efficiently operate a multi-line telephone to receive incoming calls and messages.Transfer calls to the correct person or department.If call cannot be connected, accurately record name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon, and promptly dispense messages to appropriate persons/department.Prepare memos, correspondence, and other documents as directed.Perform a variety of clerical duties as directed.Provide support to other business office positions.Tend to customer coffee station.Qualifications:Excellent communication/listening skills, outgoing and positive personality.Excellent verbal and writing skills.Reliable/punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, OutlookMust pass a background check and drug-screen.
