The Business Development Representative's primary responsibility is contacting all leads from multiple sources and setting appointments with our clients.Responsibilities:Excellent organizational and self-motivating skillsExcel in appointment settingExcellent decision making and problem-solving skillsExhibits excellent oral and written communication abilitiesLearn and maintain all company call guides regarding inbound/outbound callsAdhere to all company policies and proceduresLogging all customer details and comments in contact management systemPay: $20 per hourSchedule: 8am – 5pm Monday through FridayRequirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, courteous, and personable demeanorPrevious outbound call experience requiredTask-oriented with the ability to follow direction and work independentlyMust be at least 18 years old to applyHave a valid Iowa Driver's License and clean driving recordWill submit to a drug and background screeningBenefits:1-week Paid Vacation (after 1 year)12 days Paid Time Off per year (after 6 months)Health, Vision, and Dental InsuranceTenure!
