Front Office ReceptionistLake Michigan Nephrology is hiring a Front Office Receptionist to add to our team!Office hours Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm; Friday 9am-3pmReceptionist, Front End position includes the following but is not limited to:Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalismAnswer and manage a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages appropriatelySchedule, confirm, and manage patient appointmentsVerify insurance coverage; collect co-pays and patient paymentsMaintain and update accurate patient records and demographic dataHandle patient inquiries, medical records, and related paperworkManage incoming/outgoing faxes, mail, and office correspondenceCoordinate with dialysis centers, hospitals, labs, and referring providersThe Company is committed to the principles of equal employment.
