It is the front line of justice.We combine strategic litigation with compassionate client service, and we are building a team of professionals who understand that the client experience starts the moment the phone rings or a client walks through our doors.Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional, polished, and dependable Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.This role is critical to the firm's daily operations and client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume environment with professionalism and warmth.Law firm experience is preferred. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely mannerGreet and direct walk-in clients, vendors, and scheduled appointmentsCoordinate visitor check-ins and maintain front office presentationOpen, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mailManage outgoing mail and courier coordinationMaintain reception area organization and professionalismAssist with scheduling and general administrative coordination as neededProvide administrative support to attorneys and staff when requestedPerform additional front desk and reception-related duties as assignedRequired QualificationsPrior receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experienceLaw firm experience preferredProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technologyReliable and punctualSpanish fluency (verbal and written) is strongly preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate or salary (commensurate with experience)401(k) plan through Vanguard with up to 4% employer match (eligible after one year of employment)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage through California ChoiceThe firm covers 70% of the premium for the lowest qualifying health plan for the employeeBenefits become available following the 90-day probationary periodSpouses/domestic partners and dependent children under age 26 may be enrolled at the employee's applicable premium contributionFirm-sponsored life insurance through Executive LifePaid time offData reimbursementWhy Join LNN LawBe the first point of contact in a mission-driven legal environmentWork in a collaborative and supportive team cultureOpportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding firmProfessional, modern office settingJoin Levin & Nalbandyan and be part of a firm committed to making a difference — one client, one case, and one victory at a time.
