This position is based out of Escondido, CA.As a receptionist at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. you will grow your skills, knowledge, and learn best practices from an industry innovator that is an employee-owned company!To be successful in this position you will need to be open to learning, disciplined and systems-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and have a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and proactive attitude.Duties:Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone systemGreet and welcome all in-person visitorsSolid written and verbal communication skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksProcess and distribute incoming mail/deliveriesProcess overnight shipping and receivingHelp maintain conference room calendar(s) by reserving dates and timesProvide support and coordination with multiple departments and officesSupport the corporate office as needed to ensure proper workflowAssist contract administrator(s) as neededMaintain phone extension and mobile phone listsManage tasks and projects independentlyIs a fully integrated member of the team, consistently and proactively managing multiple responsibilities and tasks from start to finish independentlyLearn Erickson-Hall Construction Co.
