Receptionist / Customer Experience RepresentativeBBA, Inc. – Collision Repair Specialists is growing, and we're looking for a Receptionist / Customer Experience Representative to join our team! You'll help set clear expectations and keep vehicles moving through our shop efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys interacting with customers and takes pride in handling administrative work with care.What You'll Do:Deliver an unbeatable customer experience — that's the #1 priorityAnswer phones and emails, respond to questions, and route calls to the right personKeep customers updated on their vehicle's status by text, email, and phoneLog updates in our management system and work with the Production Manager to keep the production log currentUpdate rental car companies on vehicle status through their online portalsEnter vehicle data for our OEM partners through their online portalsHandle administrative tasks: copying, scanning, and saving filesGenerate reports for managementWhat We're Looking For:1+ year of customer service experience (required)Friendly and approachableStrong communicator, written and verbalTeam-player mindsetAdaptable and organizedWhy BBA, Inc.?
