Receptionist/Cashier - Part Time (Maplewood)

Part Time OpportunityThis is a part time opportunity to join our team, with evening hours between 2:00pm-8:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) 2:00-6:00 PM (Friday) 8:00-5:00 PM (Every other Saturday).This position will serve the Sales, Parts, Service and Body Shop Departments and must be able to work independently.Responsibilities:Operate switchboard telephone systemCommunicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on holdProvide basic information to callers who have general inquiriesScanning of documents from the various departmentsReceive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount receivedBe friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employeesUpdate spreadsheets as neededDocument License Plate and fuel transactionsAssist with making sales foldersAssist Controller with any misc office dutiesRequirements:Excellent communication skillsExperience using Microsoft Office suiteOrganized and able to follow directionsCash Handling ExperienceAbility to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
