Business Development Center (BDC) / ReceptionistParetti Family of Dealerships is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) / Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our dealership and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and administrative operations.Position SummaryThe BDC / Receptionist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing inbound communications, and supporting dealership sales efforts.
