Receptionist PositionAs the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff members, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive image of the firm. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff members in a warm and professional mannerAnswering phone calls, screening, and transferring calls to appropriate individuals within the firmManaging and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveriesScheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookingsMaintaining the reception area's cleanliness and ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.Assisting with administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documentsCollaborating with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and support for attorneys.Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards and ethics.Assisting with other general office duties and projects as assigned by supervisors.Job Qualifications:Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing roleExcelling verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and courteous demeanorStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and law firm operations is preferred but not mandatory.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.To apply, please send your resume and cover letter to Vanessa Keys.
