Job TitlePosition DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Screen incoming customer calls according to departmental procedures in a courteous manner. Provide information to the public and refer clients to other agencies from the referral list provided. Route other calls to the appropriate staff personnel in a timely manner.Instruct clients on the registration process for Supervised Visitation and Self-Represented Litigant (SRL) services.Maintain the reception area, including greeting clients, assisting with paperwork/applications, scanning of supporting documents, monitoring customer's/children behavior, managing the television and organizing the children's toys.Receive cancellation phone calls, and other calls regarding visitation services.Enter events in Automon when taking any action on a case.
Act as support when caseworkers are out, including calling clients about cancellations fees or intake scheduling.Observation Reports - Entering all Reports on Automon in their case file when received.Administrative Hold Cases - Close files after one year in Automon and file a letter with the Court advising of closure.
