About the Role:

Hälsa Dental is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Wheat Ridge, CO. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience


• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software


• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff


• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions


• Process patient check-out, collect co-pays, and handle billing transactions


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories


• Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth daily scheduling and patient flow

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred


• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)


• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes


• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude


• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Proficient in Microsoft ro Google Office and general computer skills


• High school diploma or equivalent required
