Receiving LeadThe position of Receiving Lead drives hands on leadership to warehouse operators 1-3, assures the safe completion of daily tasks, maintains operational goals and acts as a bridge between Operators and Supervisors. As a Receiving Lead, you will coordinate the activities of workers responsible for picking product and preparing it for same day shipping direct to customers as well as batch orders sent to warehouses. Organization and ability to communicate clearly and accurately are critical to success in this role.

Your day will be spent managing inbound core, verifying truckload transfers and overseeing the team, maintaining safety and accuracy, and fulfilling requests to ensure daily demands are met and processes run smoothly within the department.Responsibilities:Conduct all activities in a safe manner; lead by example and promote a positive safety cultureAccurately process and move raw materials (cores) and finished goods on the factory floor.Lead the team in loading/unloading transfer trailers on a daily basis to support ETE's daily production goalsEffectively utilize our ERP system to correctly process core transfers (including put-away, pod washing, etc.)Sustain the ability of coaching, counseling and supporting others in a professional mannerTake on and assign responsibilities to teammates, develop and execute plans for improvement, including cross-training opportunitiesBe prepared for scheduled and impromptu meetings, be able to work as a teamAssist others within the department, train new personnel and work overtime when neededFollow directions from managers, be proactive and lead the department to successMake sure employees are productive and at their workstations on timeAssist with cross training and job shadowing or current employees and new hiresOversee workflows, support workflow Improvements and efficiency initiatives.A resource for troubleshooting equipment and process issuesQuality checks of received itemsOTJ and coaching for new staffProficient in communication and tasks cross functionallyReporting/tracking KPI'sTrain the Trainer certificationEmployee reporting as necessary, no disciplinary responsibilities but assists with driving accountabilityEmbrace ETE Reman's Core ValuesCore Competencies:Leadership and team coordinationDecision making under pressureCoaching and developmentConflict ResolutionStrong communication and accountabilityCompany Expectations:100% Teamwork - possess a positive attitude, approach work with the intent and motivation to always help fellow coworkers.
